Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Unity Developer with a strong background in mobile game development. You’ll work as part of a fast-moving, agile team, responsible for building and refining gameplay systems in Unity from the ground up. This includes everything from prototyping game loops to implementing UI, performance tuning, and supporting gameplay iteration.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid Prototyping: Implement functional gameplay loops in Unity, integrating logic, UI, and simple VFX/audio as needed.
  • Gameplay Systems: Build and iterate on core systems like movement, combat, UI navigation, timers, scoreboards, matchmaking, or progression scaffolding.
  • Mobile Optimization: Ensure performance on iOS/Android devices through memory management, asset bundling, and runtime efficiency.
  • Live Ops Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with systems like player events, remote config, A/B testing, or analytics using tools like Firebase, PlayFab, or Unity Gaming Services.
  • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with designers and artists to bring ideas to life efficiently and with high impact.
  • Unity Generalist Skills: Confident with C#, animation controllers, prefabs, scriptable objects, basic shaders, addressable, and Unity’s mobile toolset.
  • Code Quality & Reusability: Write clean, modular, and scalable code that can evolve as needed.
